How are return-to-sender packages handled?

Return-to-sender packages incur additional fees from the carrier and are thus treated as returns with an additional fee, as outlined in the delivery issues/refusals policy. To avoid these fees, it is highly recommended that you return items you do not need through the normal return process and ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct.

Do you ship to (country)?

Regrettably, our shipping services do not cover all locations globally. We have a list of countries where we do not offer shipping. If your country is not listed, it means we do ship to your location. You can refer to the list of service areas currently not covered by our shipping services.

An item from my order is missing. Can I get a replacement?

We strongly advise you to inspect the package we sent carefully. Occasionally, small items can become hidden within the packing materials or under the cardboard flaps of the boxes. Most small items are enclosed in a bag along with the order invoice. If, after a careful inspection, you still cannot locate the item, please access our website and initiate a chat with our chatbot. It will connect you with our customer support team, who will assist you in resolving the matter promptly.

Why is shipping to (country) so expensive?

Most of our overseas orders are shipped using FedEx Air, which can increase shipping charges. We have arranged for lower rates with FedEx to help minimize shipping costs to your destination. These discounted rates are automatically factored into the shipping fees calculated during the checkout process on our website. We aim to provide optimal and cost-effective shipping options for our international clientele, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.
